This Sunday we’ll be in week two of our message series Let Go. We’ll be talking this week about letting go of our need for power and control. (if you missed last week’s message, you can listen to it here.)

The big idea we are looking at in this series is about trusting God. Jesus has promised us life abundantly…or life to the full, yet we spend so much time and energy trying to “make life work” a certain way, only to discover, that 1) we aren’t all that good at making life the way we think it’s supposed to, and 2) the very act of trying often crowds God, and His voice, out of our life.

If you’re in town this Sunday, I hope you’ll join us at 9:15 or 11 am.

What about Bob?

I grew up in Western New York and have started and led missional church planting efforts for a little over 30 years. As you might gather, I have opinions about the church, and I share some of them here.
