Yesterday evening I received a few emails with the name of my blog in the subject line. Since I’d actually shut the blog down for a bit during my current job search here in Dublin, it did seem a bit odd. And then this morning in my mailbox I received a copy of a blog post I wrote & published back in September.

I have no idea how that happened.

While Méabh has gotten more and more skilled at accomplishing various tasks on the computers, (she’s tried to Skype gramma & grampa a few times), I don’t think she’s gotten quite that skilled as of yet.

My only other thought is my blog had started feeling a bit neglected and decided that if I wasn’t posting anything new, it would send out old stuff in the hopes of generating some traffic.

Okay, so like I said, I have no idea.

As long as we’re here though, a couple of housekeeping items. My plan is to get the blog up and going again within the next month…at least that’s the plan. In the meantime, our monthly newsletter will be coming out later today. (if you’d like to sign up for it, you can do that here).

The benefit of my blogging issue was that I got to hear from a bunch of you in the past day! Thanks for the notes.

What about Bob?

I grew up in Western New York and have started and led missional church planting efforts for a little over 30 years. As you might gather, I have opinions about the church, and I share some of them here.
